Refunds and Returns

  1. All Sales Final (TCG Products)
    Due to the collectible and randomized nature of Trading Card Game (TCG) products, all TCG sales are final. This includes booster packs, boxes, singles, and sealed products.

  2. Non-TCG Returns
    Non-TCG items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  3. Damaged or Defective Items
    Manufacturer defects must be addressed through the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.

  4. Pricing Errors
    Double Team Gaming reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel transactions affected by such errors.
